Sensing and research

An institute of higher learning (IHL) in Singapore, enterprise education team

One source of truth for a crowded training market

The question
What does the whole continuing-education market for entrepreneurship and innovation look like before we plan new courses?
What we did
We consolidated 21 separate provider scans into one dataset of more than 460 programmes and fact-checked the entries against live sources.
What they kept
A validated dataset and a documented method, so their own staff can keep it current.

Facilitation

Catapult · more than 60 C-suite leaders

A half day watching your own judgement break down

The question
How far can senior leaders trust their first reading of a situation?
What we did
Sight Beyond Sight, a half-day session built around a live simulation and provocation cards. Leaders watched their first reading fall apart under new information, then rebuilt it deliberately.
What they kept
Each leader named the blind spot they had brought into the room.

Capability building

Community and interfaith facilitators

Training the people who hold difficult conversations

The question
How do we prepare facilitators for rooms where the stakes are real?
What we did
Identity work, a structured facilitation model and a fishbowl practicum, delivered across youth interfaith programmes and community seminars.
What they kept
Every participant ran a live segment of the fishbowl and got direct feedback on it.

Facilitation

HR and L&D leads

A futures method HR could use on Monday

The question
What do the workforce shifts we keep reading about mean for our own portfolios?
What we did
A working session where HR and L&D leads mapped the second- and third-order consequences of workforce shifts with the futures wheel.
What they kept
Their own maps, already translated into implications for their portfolios.
